August 2009 - Middletown Peach Festival and Parade

August 15, 2009 - The Diamond State Corvette Club was invited to participate in this year's Peach Festival Parade, and also to show our cars for those attending the days festivities. The Club had reserved parking near in the lot next to Town Hall. Ward's 1994 Polo Green Convertible received the Judges' award for the "Best Classic Car" in the parade. Later, the Middletown Transcript indicated that the Clubs inclusion and show was a big hit as a new member of the Festival.
